Family Witness Services Pricing and Reservations

Pricing

Family Witness Services are available to families of any size- from four to four hundred. While the pricing changes depending on the ocean port of call you select, you can expect to pay between $149 and $199 per person, which covers yacht charter service, captain and crew including all taxes and gratuities, chilled bottled water, and fresh rose petals to cast for all participants. For larger groups, we do offer discounted rates, and children travel with us at special rates too. Just ask your Great Burial Reef® Customer Care Representative about these special rates.

Reservations

Reservations for our Family Witness Services can be made anywhere from 72 hours prior to sailing to months in advance. We’ll accommodate your family’s scheduling needs with uniquely professional service and our Five Point Service Promise… always. We operate our own centralized reservations service that handles reservations for all our reef locations and ocean ports of call from a single number, our Customer Care Center. Just call us at (941) 548-6123, seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, and a friendly and caring member of our staff will provide pricing, specific departure location information, and a handy list of what to bring with you to make the most of your day at sea with us. We accept payments by credit card, wire transfer, and personal/cashier’s checks and the paperwork is remarkably simply and easily facilitated. And if you prefer to make your reservations through the funeral service provider of your choice, simply ask them to call our Customer Care Center, and we’ll guide them through all the required steps to handled your reservations and payment.
